Different gate position and cooling time often build stresses, then lead to warping or twisting, but also we find other causes. in mold design, because of non-uniform mold temperatures or colling rates, ping can also be caused, in molding process, Non-uniform packing or pressure in the mold. an injection pressure or temperature are too high, or temperature and cooling of the mold cavity are improper. Usually, molding engineers should follow the resin manufacturer’s guidelines when deciding molding conditions
Sometimes, in order to compensate for other defects in the mold, by our molding experience,We don’t recommend to use improper pressure and temperature.
Otherwise, when our molding engineers complete a plastic part, it will have too much built in stresses, could crack in service or warp-leading to more severe problems.
