This year due to COVID-19, our company outsourced part of our mould design to the FMS design team for the first time, at that time, as the design leader of our company, I was very worried, because neither of our native language was English, I am not sure whether these guys can have a good understanding of our mould design standard.
With the help of my daughter’s college classmate, a graduate student from China. We solved this mould standard interpretation issue in two video conferences, the mold standard manual translation issue as well.
Now these guys can design our moulds very proficiently.
