MPI products simulate the broadest range of manufacturing processes and support all design geometry types associated with plastics molding processes. With MPI, one can simulate the filling, packing and cooling stages of the thermoplastics injection molding process and also predict post-molding phenomena such as part warpage. It is even possible to analyze the flow of fiber-filled materials, predict the resultant fiber orientations and take that into account when predicting part warpage.
