Please note the Operating System you need when ordering.
3) About accessories：Accessories as Ram, SSD, HDD, we use famous brand: Samsung, Kingston, Micron, Sandisk, Hynix, Crucial, Liteon, Phison, T0shiba, HGST, WD, Seagate etc. What brand we use depends on our test and our stock. (The bundles is not including the HDD, if you need HDD, please talk with us online)
4) About customs：Price not including any import tax or other customs fee. We are not responsible for buyer’s customs any storage costs, brokerage, taxes or VAT etc fees. But we try our best to help buyer lower or avoid customs duties, usually write a value of USD $20-70 on package and describle item as “Mini PC”. Warranty:
1）Every Mini PC you buy here has 3 years warranty service is completely reliable and professional technical team.
2）Motherboard warranty time 3 years, ram, hard drive, accessories(excluding gift) etc warranty time 1 year.
3）Within warranty time, if mini PC appear non-human damages and quality problems, buyer return Mini PC or Mini PC components, we free repair/exchange Mini PC or Mini PC components ( include RAMs, Hard Drive, Motherboard and other accessories ).
4）Within 1 month, seller bear all the shipping cost for return(maximum 15USD)and resend;Over 1 month to 1 year, buyer self bear the shipping cost for return and seller bear shipping cost for resend; Over 1 year to 3 years, buyer bear all shipping cost return and resend.
5）Within 15 days, we accept refund or exchange goods (buyer bear all the shipping cost, if non-human damages and quality problem, we bear all shipping cost. All time calculate from the day buyer receive goods.
